The private intel firms and corporate security flaks are used to stalk, harass, intimidate and discredit tens of thousands of everyday people on behalf of deep state criminals. A good chunk of the victims are uap witnesses, enthusiasts, or whislteblowers. This discrediting schema is the reason we don't get the truth about uap. The Department of War and the alphabet agencies would rather let the victims suffer abuse than let the institutions catch any blowback from exposing the crimes of past leadership.
