According to Jim Semivan, the ultimate authority for the UFO legacy program resides in secret PEADs originally signed probably by Eisenhower. Constitutional? Hell, does it matter now? What is?
PEADs? (Looked up — I cover THIS Congress so never have to think, sadly…thus first I’m hearing this in 19 years in Washington…covering Congress’ that love self flagellation, hence neutered, unread and…Gaetz…)
Gaetz would have made a great Attorney General! 😆😂🤣 I remember that you two weren’t the best of friends. But they don’t have any friends. This MAGA Congress is like a conga line of knife-in-back.
Have to stand up for the one confirming sending interrogatories, jumping into live X spaces and asking Knapp for a list of names to potentially subpoena.
Just like many, he seems to show some honest thoughts about it all, has an idea of where it should go, but just like the others, I'm sure we will see this continue a small bit more until it just doesn't. There's a reason it matters to him right now. And there will be another reason it doesn't soon enough.

Congress is the walking dead. Two years after Grusch and this is how far they have come? Pitiful, simply pitiful.
💯 — my solution: They need to hear from their voters. Daily. Then again. And again. And again…

All Eric Burlison, at least he is still trying.
Hope Begich continues to be active in pushing for Congress to restore their oversight mandate.
Even if it was lost in 1947 or 1952, it still needs to be restored for proper constitutional function.
From his answers here, Begich understands this.
Hope he has the time and inclination to continue to fight for it.
👀 — Begich is one to watch.
