No disrespect to Burchett or anything, but I'd personally feel a lot more confident that such a statement was completely transparent if it were coming from Eric Burlison. I haven't encountered him having fully drunk the Trumplican Kool-Aid, which sadly isn't something I can say about Burchett any longer.
Believe me when I say that there's only been one politician in my lifetime (c. 1990) whom I've ever reliably trusted, and that was Dr. Ron Paul. His son is a massive disappointment, by comparison, as is everyone else.
