This is top notch reporting, Matt! I’m glad we finally got an article with your analysis tying the different words congressmen are telling you. Keep this up! And don’t quit forcing them to twist their words
I'd like to know what exactly Grusch is doing as a staff member for Burlison. Is he digging up new stuff? Writing reports on what he already knows? Are they following up on any of it?
I'd probably keep it close to my vest if I were them, but, y'know, there's a question of ineptitude so maybe they'd tell us.
Wouldn’t surprise me if it was incompetence from a relatively junior member trying to figure things out on the fly.
Though there is just something weird about all this. Maybe the answer is really that congress just doesn’t care. No true political points to be won for a topic they can’t truly blow the lid off of. The last hearing was hardly a blip.
But they talk about it like it’s important. I truly can’t square it.
They are running out the clock. The MIC has the GOP by the short hairs and that is the way the White House likes it. There will be no disclosure from Congress nor the Executive Branch...ever.
Hal Puthoff told Rogan disclosure ain’t gonna happen. The majority in Congress won’t even assert themselves (vis-a-vis the executive) to exercise their basic constitutional responsibilities. Harald Malmgren waited until he was dying to say at least some of what he knew, which was considerable. Disclosure will not come from the government.
Hear that. Though I also maintain trust in a disgruntled public. There's power with pissed off people, even as these tribalistic days both sides are content with whatever vacuous marshmallows their 'leaders' sling shot into their foreheads...
Never attribute to malice what can be attributed to incompetence.
The UAP Caucus has repeatedly shown bold interest in pursuing the UAP cause (which applaud), but they always seems to lack the planning and strategy required for even the most basic of investigations and for dealing with procedural and personnel obstacles.
It’s clearly not a priority for House and Oversight Committee leadership (compared to the Biden investigation), and the UAP Caucus is left to constantly spin their wheels chasing whatever new conspiracy is the flavor of the week with no real power or authority.
More of this energy Matt. We’re either getting played or this is total incompetence. Either way American taxpayers deserve better.
You have this dipshit Congress to thank for that double espresso of a post!

What I was hoping to get to see up close and personal next week. We'll see...

Thanks for the great summary.

Agreed. I think it’s pitchforks and torches time all around.

Malice? Incompetence? It probably a mix of both.
Maybe you can ask Corbell to get on them like he did with AARO today on X! He turned my tune with him up to 11 indeed.
Tis the season for 11!!!!
Thanks for the detailed timeline, friend!
Was pissin me off all day, so thanks for the therapy session!
