Who?
Sen. Kirsten Gillibrand (D-NY) — Chair, Armed Services Subcommittee on Emerging Threats & Capabilities / Chair, Democratic Senatorial Campaign Committee (DSCC)
LISTEN: Laslo & Gillibrand
Ask a Pol asks:
Have you had a chance to look at that Wall Street Journal article on the Air Force?
Key Gillibrand:
“No,” Sen. Kirsten Gillibrand exclusively tells Ask a Pol. “I read the first quarter of it, but I didn’t finish it so I’ll read the rest and give you a comment.”
Wall Street Journal article (unpaywalled via MSN):

Caught our ear:
Have you had any meetings with AARO — the Pentagon’s All-domain Anomaly Resolution Office — this year?
“Not yet. We were waiting for a new head,” Gillibrand tells us.
They’ve got him now.
“Oh, I’ll meet with him right away,” Gillibrand says of AARO Director Jon Kosloski, who testified before her Armed Services subcommittee in November.

This gave me huge VEEP vibes. Did you hear her bag man whispering your name in her ears as you were walking up to her?
hahahaha - amaze
Thank you! Could you please ask her if she has gotten updates from the ICIG on their UAP whistleblower investigations? 😇
Seriously. I don't know if she even can define 'UAP' these days.
I'm strategically giving senators space til after their July 4th recess, especially Gillibrand (listen carefully, her staffer wants to stab me...actually, no, he did - numerous times with his dismissive eyes...).
Reconciliation -- 'big beautiful bill' -- has officially sucked all the oxygen out of this town, even before Trump bombed Iran...
Thank you for putting up the good fight and asking the hard questions. Seriously no-one else is doing this. Keep up the amazing work!
Gillibrand and Susan Gough are secretly fraternal twins.
You're the best, Matt. Thank you for all that you (and your skilled internist team) do for government transparency!
Disappointing.
