Good content. That Burlison would go to bat for Lue so strongly is noteworthy. I wonder what the story behind Lue, Nolan, and Ford resigning on the same day from the UAPDF might mean. Surely it has no connection to the hearing where Lue face planted?

Did Grusch resolve his questions regarding AARO’s Title 50 authority? That was his hold up to talking with AARO a while ago.

Thanks, Professor! Too bad Grusch’s plate is so full. I hope all is well with him. As for Lue, Burlison’s right. Lue made a mistake in judgment that is magnified because there are those enemies of the topic and of disclosure who will use any error as justification for their prejudices and intentions.

Agreed! I share your concern for David Grusch, all the more in the light of Matthew Brown's experience that there is no meaningful protection for whistleblowers. This is unacceptable and must be urgently addressed, for heroes who have already come forward and those who have yet to decide.

Yep, called it. "Dog ate my homework, I need to go home." when Grusch finally got the SCIF that he asked for in his sworn testimony years ago.

Baaaaaddddd sign, not sure why Congressman Burlison doesn't realize that.
